Rachel Salzberg, CEO and owner of Facets Coaching believes that every person has the potential to create a story of transformation that’s so great, it serves as an inspiration and model for community, and the world. Conscious leadership comes from within.
As CEO of Facets Coaching, Rachel coaches entrepreneurs, individuals and leaders in discovering their WHY, which is their “soul purpose”. This helps people to cope with rapid shifts in in business and the world and this begins with being agile. As a leader and entrepreneur, one must show up authentically, be quick to respond, and make aligned decisions. This is a balance of strategy and soul, clarity and creativity, head and heart that creates the impact and change.
Conscious leadership comes down to self-care. Looking after yourself is a priority, along with exercising boundaries within priorities. Conscious leaders must be deeply connected to their mission in a way that goes beyond their own personal profit.
Rachel has created a methodology and platform for people to develop the unshakeable mindset for resilience and growth, to define their values, and purpose and live out their WHY, build the confidence take action, and to lead more consciously, and intentionally. She is passionate about neuroscience and brings science-based, performance-focused mindfulness into the mainstream of business. She helps people to develop the “soft-skills” necessary to redefine success and take inspired action to design the life, and career they desire. Living and leading more consciously, brings humanity into business, making for inclusive, and diverse environments, allowing anyone to shine.
We all need tools to help us find our way —how does a leader become conscious? Conscious leaders, and leaders in our own life and career, operate from their heart, lead with transparency, and are committed to their own growth to expand their self-awareness and ability to serve. They’re tuned in to themselves, their mission and their community, and use their career as a tool for personal, spiritual, and professional growth.
As leaders, or aspiring leaders, in your own life, or career, we won’t get very far if we don’t stop, go deep within, create consciousness to unblock limiting beliefs, and then design a plan for how to get from here, to there. Change is inevitable, thriving is a choice.
